About Aluminum Metal Etchant

Aluminum appears as an odorless, light gray-silver powder, tiny metal strips or sheets. It is the most abundant metal in the earth’s crust and can be found combined with other elements such as Silicon, Oxygen, and Chlorine. Aluminum Metal Etchants, also known as Metal Etchants, are stable, non-toxic preparations to etch Aluminum metallizations on integrated circuits and silicon devices. It appears as colorless to pale yellow liquid with a vinegar odor and is completely miscible with Water at ambient conditions.

Lab Alley’s Aluminum Metal Etchants contains 60-80% Phosphoric Acid, 0.01-10% Acetic Acid, and 0.01-5% Nitric Acid.

    Re-stocking Lab

    Overall experience is 5 Stars. Lab Alley came through when we needed to re-stock our chemical supply. We were able to get smaller quantities than from previous suppliers.
