They meet ASTM 1922 standards for tear resistance and pass ASTM 1709 dart impact tests. The S1166-24 model is crafted from HM-HDPE, and is autoclave-safe up to 121°C, while S1166-42 can withstand high-temperature steam autoclaving up to 135°C (275°F). Each bag is 55 microns (2.2 mil) thick, providing sturdy and reliable containment for biohazardous waste.
