Potato Starch: 4g
Dextrose: 20g
Agar: 15g

Instructions: Add 39 grams of material to 1 liter of boiling
water thoroughly dissolve. Autoclave at 15 lbs pressure
for 15 minutes in pressure cooker. Then plate or tube.
