About Sodium Hydroxide 0.1N

Sodium Hydroxide is an inorganic chemical that at ambient temperature appears as a white crystalline solid. It is also known as caustic because of its strong basic character, which generates a lot of heat when combined with water or neutralized with acid. The chemical formula for this substance is NaOH. It can cause irritation upon contact with skin tissues, eyes, and mucous membranes. The Sodium Hydroxide, 0.1N solution is a laboratory-grade reagent with 4 grams of NaOH per Liter of deionized water.
