About Sucrose Crystals, Food Grade, Purified

Sucrose, also known as saccharose, Cane Sugar, and Table Sugar, has the chemical formula C12H22O11. Sucrose possesses a sweet taste and is freely soluble in Water but slightly soluble in Ethanol at ambient conditions.
